10 DB Push Press @ 17.5kgs/hand

Thursday –

A. Back Squat; Build to Tough 4 reps
B. Bench Press; Build to Tough 4 reps
C. Push Press . Push Jerk; 5 . 2; rest 90sec x 4 sets @ 50% effort.

Wednesday

The first time I flew threw the burpees and hit the push press hard and after the second set of burpees I was starting to feel it.

The hArdest thing was the wait time. I had to wait for 15 mins sitting around but this was to stimulate comp for weekend. I gamed the second one my burpees were a lot slower and the push press was flowing

Thursday

A. Started to build at 60kg and went up from there.
70,80,90,100,110,120,125×4 . I still had more in the tank thou didn’t want to over do it.

B. bench felt good started at 40,50,60,70,80,90,95×4.

C. The cluster was fine went light at 25kg and then 30,35,40.
