a. 60 secs @ 95 percent

deadlift @ 65 percent 1rm

rest 3 mins x 3

rest 4 mins

b. 60 secs @ 95 percent effot

bb lunges @ 45kg

rest 3 mins x 3

 

rest 4 mins

 

c. 60 secs @ 95 ercent

sumo deadlift high pulls @ 45 kg

rest 3 mins x 3

 

a. the deadlifts were fine had to hold on tight and got about 15 each set. focus on tng and breathing

b. the lunges were good. still feeling them 3 days later. good control feeling stronger

c. the high pulls were good. i was making lots of noise this morning and had one of the trainers looking at me. it was funny.
