a. mobility – everything get loose

b. power clean , front squat, push press cluster 1.1.1.1 reps @@ 40kg ; rest 90 secs x 5

c. row easy 5 mins

got myself loose and did the cluster this was  going. kept moving and worked away at it. no problems there

the row was 1139m for 5 min row. i really enjoy rowing and this is my new best friend.

 

TEAM WOD LUKE

PART A – MOVE AS MUCH LOAD AS POSSIBLE IN 30 MINS GROUND TO OVERHEAD

I REP EACH NOT AS THE SAME TIME AND REP MUST BE FULLY LOCKED OUT AND MUST USE THE SAME LOAD FOR THE WHOLE TIME. . CAN NOT CHANGE THE LOAD.

NOTES

luke and i sat down and strategies for this and a lot of things ran through my mind and lukes. it worked out we would go 45kg each and do 2 a minute and we would increase 3,4,5 a minute and see how we go. we started out fine and powered through it and we decided to up the amount and we also encouraged each other. overall we when we got to the last 5 minute i started to feel it. got through it thou.

we lifted 8 tone of weight and smashed out 6 tone estimate.
