a. 10 min mobility session – focus on hips and glutes

-mobility was fine did some stretchers – need to take my pipe to gym and roll out.

-the rowing was good kept a good pace. lose your self by mm is an awesome track to row too

– the rides were easy just kept peddling the second last ride was harder after the burppes my legs were slighly heavy

– when i saw 7 min of burppes i went yah for burpees – not. kept moving and i was sweating heaps and working on breathing it felt good

overall a good session very sweaty but good.

so turns out no twlight series until the 14th febuary 2013

 

 

so training as normal i found out got a team workout on friday night looking forward to that.
