thursday training

a. bench press 1 rm

8 i warmed up at the following weights : 60×3,70×2,80×1

* 90×1

* 95 x1

* 97.6kg

* 100 kg – new 1rm

 

b. 5-10 dips rest 1 mins x 5

b2. hang power snatch 3 reps unbroken , rest 1 min x 5

b3 ohs 10 reps @ 30kg ; rest 1 min x 5

 

– just worked through this. easy . my dips were 7,8,10,10
