sunday training

40 mins run and swimming

* this  was rather fun the run was a good warmup and when i got to the pool i started out wading and i did the following

5 x across and back pool

5 under water breathe holds

5 short sprints in water

5 longer sprints up and back in water

3 underwater swims

5 running on the spot


after this i did 5 minutes in spa and 5 mins in suna. then  my run home. the run home was a little hard i was feeling it after swimming. but good session


* training this week is getting ready for the comp in wagga im in

monday off

tuesday train

wedesday off

thursday train

friday off – head down to wagga

sat – comp

sun rest and travel back
