a. bench press 2 reps. rest 2 mins x 5 sets . go heavy

1. 70kg

2. 80kg

4. 92.5

8 so happy with my bench press. been working on this for a while. m y bench was around the 80 mark and now is almost 100kg. really happy

 

b. db push press – 15 reps : rest 2 mins x 4

b2. bar dips – 5-10 reps : rest 2 mins x 4

 

1. 12.5kg – 5 reps

2. 17.5 – 5

3. 17.5 – 5

4. 17.5 + 0.5+ 0.5 / 5 – these were good and dips got hard thou

 

c. db power snatch – 20 reps per arm . no rest x 3

 

10kg db – shoulders were already taxed from the part b and it was tough. it was like kettlebell.
