* warm up at 80,90 they felt good. my legs were feeling sore from friday session.
4. 120 – these were tough. i wsnt feeling my squat today not sure why maybe the soreness from friday session
b. 1 power clean perfect form 1 every minute for 10 minutes
* wu at 65kg these were fast off the ground and catching them good.
* worked at 80kg and they were good. so i uped the weight 90kg at the 8 and 9, 10 minute mark to challenge myself and these were tough but managed to get these.
* need to catch them will work on this more
