Every minute on the 10 minute

5 bed dips
10 situps

At the 5 minute mark do 1 burpee in the time remaining.
At the 7 minute mark do 2 bupees
At 10 minute do 10 unbroken bupees

Notes

Just cruised through this. Dips were easy and the situps I did anchored and janda style switching between both. I wanted to do some bupees to make it hard. The bupees were quite loud and doing them in a small room is hard. But at least I’m doing something. Being on holidays is well and good but I feel cheated if I don’t exercise. It routine and what I do.
