18 pushups
9 pushups

10 pushups
22 squats

Notes

This was to get moving for the week. I decided this would be good to start. All my pushups were all unbroken. I did then inverted to give me a challenge and do squats in between. These were easy. Good start to week. Got 4 days here in Brisbane left. Off to explore and check out this place.
