So things will look a little different for the next few weeks. I’m not following my normal programming. I’m on holidays at the moment and I didn’t want to to any exercise so I found some travel workouts for myself to do. They cover lot of different movements.
This was pretty cruisey today. I did it out the back on the grass. Pushups were ok. Around the 4 I was getting slowing down a little but all sets unbroken. The situps and squats were easy.
