felt good today. i was smarter and did this smooth. my 50 was good.


b. 3 wallwalks. rest 10 secs. x 5 sets

b2. kbs @ 32kg 30,28,26,24,20. rest 2 mins




this was tough. the kb are supoosed to be unbroken and i had to break them at the 26,24. i was getting tired and had to rip and grip


c. paralette push up cluster 10.10.10: rest 1 min x 3


1. these were tough and by the second set i was taxed.

2. it was interesting to do these. i think i broke the parralette
