tuesday oval session

a. 7 min easy run

then

8 times

150 m sprint

walk back rest

then

10 sets x

10 pushups

10 kb snatch per arm

no rest

then

7 minute run

 

notes

 

* legs were still quite heavy from the past 2 days

* the runs were good by about run 7 my left upper quad was really sore

* recovered fine after and my acceleration was good

* the pushups and kb snatch were fine, had to keep moving by the end i was wrecked

* my end run was a slow trug

* good session
