these were good. working on drive and explode out of the box. i had my gf there watching and counting my sets.. was great.

burpees are my kypotnite and i chiped away at these. i did these at a moderate pace and by about 8 i was pretty tired and the last 2 sets i did fast burpees. i could get to 6 ok but after that i need to work on my breathing
– the situps were interesting and my breathing was slighly hard but i did these easy.
good session . havent run in a long time good to get back into it
