tuesday week 1 phase 1

this is the start of my new cycle

 

a. back squat 6- 8 reps . 30×1 tempo. rest 2 mins x 4

1. 70 x 8

2. 80 x 8

3. 90 x 8

4. 100 x 7

 

havent done squating for ages so going to work hard at it these felt good.

 

b. chinup . pullup cluster

2.2 . rest 2 mins x 4

 

the chinups were easy and the pullups were hard. trying to practice my kip

 

c1. split jerk @ 60 % of 1rm @ 60kg

rest 30 secs x 4

 

c2 . db snatch @ 20 kg . 5 per hand . rest 1.30 x 4

 

– these were good. the split jerk were so fast and i did these fine.

– the db snatch were ok.

– i think i must of extended too far on my left side , bit tender
