a. build to a 1rm power snatch
40,45,50,55,60,65,70, 75 , 78.5
i tried 78.5 but failed. could’nt get under quick enough.
a 15 kg increase , prior i got 50 now 75 kg pretty happy with that
b. build to a 1 rm clean and jerk
50,55,60,70,75,80,85,90,95 new 1 rm , 100 failed twice
– i enjoyed this and i almost got 100 need to be more agressive on the jerk. got it half way
– very very happy with this , previous jerk was 80 so blew that out of the water

some good numbers for me this cycle. ill share my vison and goals over the weekend with you all so you can see were im headed. and let me tell you im excited..
