Tuesday training

A. Build to a heavy bench press


* started at 40kg and build from there got to 80kg. Felt fine down and up slow and controlled.

B. 100 pushups for time.

4 mins

* did 30 unbroken then did sets of 10 after. Shoulders were jacked at 80 mark. Alot of pushups.

C. Amrap clean and jerk @ 24kg left arm then right arm. Total reps together

Left 13
Right 14

Total 27. These were tough after doing the pushups had to fight to do it. Left side was hard. Right easy.

Had a good chat about goals and we’re to go from here. I’ll let you know as it unfolds.
