a. build to a heavy power clean
very happy with my power cleans. going up fast from ground and my catch was great
b. build to a heavy front squat
real smooth and could of gone heavier but that was my heavy 105kg. havent done a heavy front squat for a while but really pleased.
c. amrap in 4 mins chinups
i found this hard. alot of volume for chinups but i got through it.
