B. power clean . 3 reps every 60 secs x 10

– 15 kg increas from last week
– went up fast and focus on the catch these were touch and go reps

C. Front squat 1 1/4 . 40kg . 20 reps rest 90 secs x 3

– did the first set unbroken . Got to remember to breathe
– second one was almost unbroken 10,10
– the third was tough
