a. hook grip deadift

10 -12 reps . 90 sec rest x 5

 

– weight were 70,80,90,100,105

– hands were sore at 105

 

b. reverse ball oh toss. 1 mass effort. every 30 secs for 10 mins

 

– fine, ball got slippery but god

 

c. hand power snatch 1.1.1.1.1 . rest 90 secs x 4

 

– 30,40,45,50kg

– 50 was more like a muscle

 

d. verticle jumps 1.1.1.1.1 . rest 45 secs x 5

 

– fine , tried to hit a spot above were i jumped before
