thursday anerobic alactic power focus

a. coco – 10 secs – 100 percent effort . rest 1 min x 7

– legs heavy and slightly out of breath

– working on power

 

b. 5 thrusters @ 40kg . rest 1 min x 7

– did all sets unbroken

– the last set i slowed down and last set was fast

 

c. 3-5 burpees afap . rest 1 min x 7

 

– did 5 burpees every set

– i recorded my last 2 sets they were 14 secs each.

 

d. AMRAP in 12 mins

20 pedals on coco

20 kg swings @ 24kg

20 single skips

 

– tough

– slighy sick feeling at set 6

– kb were hard but still did all unbroken

 

– session by my self today it was fun. coach was busy so i had the cave to myself. ahh
