thursday play day

choose 4 skills to work on for 10 minutes


a. double under

– working on jumping or pumping.

– got 5 double unders

b. power clean catch

– working on the catch and this was good. not pulling so high and i was pulling like the snatch pull.

c. hand stands

– working on feet up in the air

d. 30 wall walks for time


so the coach said to me you could do wall walks and practice and i said no and he said you could do 30 for time. he did it in like 9 something so i said why not. i found it not to bad. grunting and making  lots of noise is the key. very happy with this.
