After yesterday’s session I was pretty taxed but I battled through this. This was,my first experience with pull up. I normally do chin ups. Was pretty happy. As the time went in they were getting hard. The back squat was easy. The ball slams I broke the ball. The kettlebell swings were piece of cake.
The best part of today was watching luke on coco. And all I did was,laugh and say,been there done that.
