Monday – didnt train at all had a meeting on so didn’t train


Anaerobic lactic endurance

5 sets

5 power cleans 55kg

75 secs on coco – the new toy – all out effort

Rest 7 mins


This was horrible . I’ve heard about this And never gone down the hole but today I did. The first one was the warm up and I nearly threw up but didn’t. My power dropped at 20 secs mark and was dropping over the sets until set 3 then it went down to 15 secs.

But omg.this was something I would recommend this to feel it. My legs were heavy and couldn’t move them. The power cleans were tough. Especially the first one. Then my mouth was dry and dizzy feeling.

Horrible .
