Wednesday training

A1. Push jerk rest 45 secs

A2. Split jerk, 1rep . Rest 45 secs x 5 sets

1. 40
2. 50
3. 55
4. 60
5. 70


This was great. Fast speed and stable at top and I’m getting the push press finally.

B. every minute on the minute for 8 mins

1 clapping pushups
3 push ups
5 Burpees
20 m sprint


This felt worrible. My rest time was short and hard to breath. But I trucked through it and towards last 2 sets my arms were gased.

It was almost lactic training.
