Friday training week 3

A. WTD chin ups

3,3,2,2,1,1 . Rest 2 mins

3x 8 kg
3x 9kg
2 x 10
2x 10.5
1x 11.5


The 3 were tough and I struggled with the 3 rep. As I got through it it was ok. Good building set.

B. dips . Single . X6 . Rest 2 mins


These were easy. I was going to deep at first. Last 6 months I never had dips but now I have singles and working on weighted ones.


C. 150 weighted situps for time



These were easy for me. My body is built for situps. Good session and good week.
