A. Low hang power clean

Working on opening hips and playing with new software to look at movement was good can see what needs work.

B.snatch grip push press
2 reps , rest 45 secs x8 sets

1. 25
2. 30
3. 35
4. 37.5.
5. 40
6. 45
8. 50


These were great no issues the push was fine and easy

C . Behind the neck push jerk. Build to heavy 1 rep



Went up fast AMD gotten slot stronger and the 80kg was ok. Still my form at that heavy was a issue but ok.

D. Double under practice

Got 1 but needs more pop to get knees up.
