monday dynamic

a. dymnaic deadlift

10,10,8,8 @ 11×0 . rest 2 mins

speed was good and grip and ripped it. went up fast


b. thrusters , 1 rep @ 22×1 . rest 60 secs x 5 sets

– i did all 5 sets with 60kg. these were tough. hand position was a big for me, but i worked it out. i hate to do fran with this weight.


c. half tadata , squat jumps

it was half a tabtha and it was good. i went good to start and i got tired at the end. leg was heavy.


good session today. nice and quick and chat and catch up.
