Every minute on the minute
For 30 mins

1 hang power clean @ 50 kg
1 front squat
1 split jerk

Notes

Hard trouble with position of hand in the front squat and split jerk. Grinder through it. Working on open up hips and lifting on toes.

When up to 55 kg at the 15 min mark.  Took a couple of reps to get used to weight.
